For students

You have the notes. Now you need someone to ask you the questions.

Paste what you wrote in class and VisualNote turns it into a short lesson on your own visual, then Noty asks you open questions like a teacher would. Today keeps the reviews and the days left before the test in one plan.

What a study night looks like

  1. Paste what you have

Class notes, a PDF, a photo of your notebook, a YouTube link or a web page. You get a one-page visual, flashcards, a mind map, a quiz and a podcast episode from it.

  2. Take the lesson

3 to 6 short steps written from your visual. Each one ends with you putting the labels back from memory and answering one question.

  3. Sit the Exam

Noty asks 5 open questions, one at a time, and marks each answer out of 10. The topics you missed come back in Today.

The lesson

A lesson built from your own visual

Every note gets a study path of 3 to 6 steps, about 12 minutes for 5. Each step teaches one idea, shows an example or a common mistake, then hides the labels on your visual so you put them back from memory. At the end you explain it in your own words, typed or out loud, and rebuild the whole visual.

The Exam

The oral before the oral

No multiple choice: Noty starts broad, then follows up on what you actually said, and at least one question connects two topics. You type or talk, and each answer gets a mark out of 10, what you got right, what is missing and the full answer. Run it on one note, or on the whole notebook the week before.

Reviews and streak

What you got wrong comes back on schedule

Every label, question and flashcard you answer becomes a review that returns after 1, 2, 5, 12 and then 30 days. Today never asks for more than 18 a day, about 15 minutes. Studying anything keeps your streak, and you can pick up to 3 rest days a week that don't break it.

What the free plan gives you

Free gets you 3 visuals, the first lesson of a note in full and the first step of every other lesson, 1 Exam a day, 10 chat messages a day and 3 podcast minutes. Today, reviews, the streak and rest days are free too. Plus is $13.99 a month or $79.99 a year for every lesson in full, notebook checkpoints and 60 visuals a month.

Questions students ask

How is this different from an AI that summarizes my notes?

A summary is one more thing to reread. Here your notes become a lesson you work through, an oral Exam that follows up on your answers, and reviews that come back on a schedule. The visual, flashcards, mind map, quiz and podcast are still there for when you just want to read or listen.

Can it help me prepare for an oral exam?

That is what the Exam is for. Noty asks 5 open questions one at a time, you answer by typing or talking, and each answer gets a mark out of 10 with what is missing and the full answer. Any topic under 6 comes back as a review card in Today.

How does it plan my studying before a test?

Give a notebook an exam date. When the exam is within 60 days, Today opens with the days left and how many pages a day to cover, keeping the last day for review. A practice Exam joins the plan 7 days before.

What languages does it work in?

Lessons and Exams follow the language of your notes, and they work in many languages. Spoken answers are supported in English, Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese and German.

Is the AI study tool free?

Yes, and no credit card is needed. Free includes 3 visuals, the first lesson whole, the first step of every other lesson, 1 Exam a day, plus Today, reviews and the streak. Plus costs $13.99 a month or $79.99 a year.
