No. The Intro Pack is a one-time $4.99 for 10 visuals with clean, watermark-free downloads. Credits never expire and stack on top of your free monthly visuals. Plus is there when you want 60 a month, PDF and YouTube.
No. Credits are added to your account the moment the payment goes through and they never expire, so pack purchases are final. Try the free visuals first if you want to check the quality on your own content; the pack only adds credits and removes the watermark.
Yes. Building, editing and previewing a test is free, and the free plan keeps three tests. Downloading one as a PDF or a Word file needs Plus, except your first test, which downloads free (PDF, Word, answer key and a drawn copy without watermark), including after you edit it.
On Plus, yes, within fair use. Every plan comes with a monthly AI allowance that chat, quizzes, flashcards and mind maps share; it is sized for daily studying and resets with your billing cycle, so normal use never reaches it. The free plan gets 10 chat messages a day, and quiz rounds count as messages.

The free plan includes 3 minutes a month, which is one short episode. Plus includes 60 minutes a month, and a single episode can run up to 10 minutes. Minutes reset with your billing cycle, and a failed episode returns its minutes to your balance.
